by Regarding the my Car Accident Case
After all the effort and time wasted, I think I will put a footstop by today. When I think back all this, I found that actually I am earning even I pay for the car repairing cost.
You may think that I am crazy, But actually I have this in mind already since Sunday. I know the percentage to get that animal to pay is rare, so I think on the other expect.
Because of this incident, I do learn how to prevent to get in trouble which will consume more time wastage. I learn to be patient. I learn the procedure of making accident report. What should do and what should not do. I learn a little bit on car Insurance. I get to know what actually our country is. I get to know what kind of ppl and animal we have and stay with. And even more which cannot be seen.
I believe all this is more than what I pay. I do try all the things as what i always says, Never Try Never Know. Now I did try lots of ways and I know which way is workable and which is not workable. I believe all this knowledge could help me in future no matter in what expect. Life, career, relationship, friend, etc etc...
From here, I would like to take this opportunity to Thanks peoples below in supporting me, giving me advice and help along the week.
Just to share some experience with the public if car accident happened to anyone of you:
DO NOT make Police Report, if both party agreed to settle outside.
Because once you made police report, either or both party will get summon, and no point settle it outside again (Provided one of the party admit fault and willing to pay).
DO NOT let the other party go before they pay if both party agreed to settle outside.
Ask any mechanics to the site and figure out how much is the fixing cost then Pay on the spot. The payee can get balance if the fixing cost is lower than paid one.
DO NOT repair your car if Police report has been made.
Wait for the result and claim insurance. Of course this is not recommended as it took more procedure. Unless the case is extremely serious, which mean require at least 1K to fix.
Why?
If obviously the accident is your fault, It is not worth claim insurance if the cost is LESS than RM 500. Because for sure you will get Summon, which cost RM 300 + you will get No Claim Discount (NCD) Deduction for your insurance premium (Please consult your insurance agent how much will be deducted, I have no cue on this as it depends on situation). So end up is quiet worthless.
Try NOT TO involve Police (Because they are "Disabled People")
As I go through this experience, I am lack of confident on the way how they handle things. In my case, they dint solve the problem but make the problem more complicated. Yet we don't have enough evidence to make complaint on them. So dont border them, let them continue makan their Pisang.
If the other party are BLASTED or ANIMAL (Cannot understand human language and cannot think wise), and you not willing to pay for your loss. You have no choice, You need to involve police if you have confident that the accident is not your fault.
You have to involve police, make police report and claim insurance if the other party are stubborn. Let the police and insurance agent to handle the rest of the thing. Do not accept any offer from the other party as they may setup trap for you. Don't blame anyone if you fall in their trap.
I hope with this little information, it could help you, as the reader to avoid same mistake happen again. Of course there are still many "IF" or question but I did not experience and did not found the answer or solution. Hence I cant say anything. You as reader can post all those IF or question if you have, with hope there is other reader who are experience could post the solution and share with our community.
As all of us are living in the Darkness and Realistic environment, we have to equip ourself with all those knowledge and defense ourself when something happen. If we cannot defense ourself, no one will help us.
